Portsmouth City Public
Schools, in partnership with
Tidewater Community College
and Norfolk City Public
Schools, has been awarded a grant by the Department of Education to
implement an innovative professional development program targeted to social
studies teachers in the two collaborating public school systems. While our
workshops were complete by the fall 2006, our collaboration efforts
continue through upcoming publications, this website and professional development
opportunities.
